We serve buffet style meals. Meals for less than 70 to 120 guests will have two servers – one is a carver to cut and portion meat another server to set the buffet and replenish. They are responsible for cleaning up the buffet area only, as we are unable to provide dish washing, clearing and clean-up for events. Meals with over 120 guests will have an additional server for each additional 100 guests at no extra charge. If additional servers are required for a fully served buffet there will be an additional charge per person based on a minimum of hours determined when booking. Suggestions for servers and clean-up – local guide and scout groups, youth groups, school sport teams, rec. sport teams, school music departments, youth choirs and dance groups , auxiliaries etc
