Meals for 60 to 300+ guests: We provide staff to cut and portion the meat and set & replenish the buffet. They are responsible for cleaning up the buffet area only. We do not provide plated service or dish washing, clearing and clean-up for events.
If additional servers are required for a fully served buffet there will be an additional charge per person based on a minimum of hours determined when booking.
Suggestions for servers and clean-up – local guide and scout groups, youth groups, school sport teams, rec. sport teams, school music departments, youth choirs and dance groups , auxiliaries etc.
